What is it like?
At First Christian Church of Guthrie Center, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere of worship while challenging our hearts to be more Christ-like. We are an intergenerational congregation that embraces a mix of traditional and contemporary worship. We also host community events throughout the year that are open to everyone.
What about my kids?
Children of all ages are welcome to participate in the services. Many services include a children's sermon and throughout the year we host children's church for elementary aged kids. Throughout the school year we, alongside the First Presbyterian Church, host a Wednesday after school program for K-6. There is also a nondenominational youth group for kids in middle and high school.
Where do I park?
Parking is available on N. 4th Street, Main Street, and in a gravel parking lot on the West side of the church.
